I am a systematic entomologist with palaeontological background. Currently, I am working with rove beetles, an outstanding mega-diverse group among beetles.

I have just finished my first postdoc and I am currently preparing for a new one. More details soon.

In the future, I would like to investigate the evolutionary patterns and processes underlying the rove beetle diversity. I would do that by the integration of comparative morphology, DNA markers, as well as recent and fossil taxa within the framework of statistical phylogenetics.
