Zujaj ("we", "our", "the app") is a prayer time application that helps users find accurate prayer times and Qibla direction. This page explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Location Data
Zujaj uses your device's precise location (GPS) to calculate accurate prayer times, Qibla direction, and adhan timing for your area. If online, your coordinates are sent to two third-party services solely for this purpose: api.aladhan.com (to fetch official prayer times for your location) and api.bigdatacloud.net (to determine your city name for display). These services receive only the coordinates needed to return this information; Zujaj does not link this data to your identity, and it is not stored by us. If you prefer not to share your location, you can instead manually select a city from the app's list. When no internet connection is available, prayer times are calculated fully offline on your device using your chosen calculation method.
Accounts
Zujaj does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal login information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Location coordinates are shared only with api.aladhan.com and api.bigdatacloud.net, strictly to provide app functionality (prayer times and city lookup) - never for advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Advertising
Zujaj does not currently display ads. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Children's Privacy
Zujaj is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
