Ziquan Yang
I am a Van Vleck Assistant Professor at UW Madison. I was a PhD student at Harvard under the supervision of Prof. Mark Kisin, and I graduated in May, 2021.
My research is in arithmetic geometry. Among other things, I am interested in the cycle conjectures (Hodge, Tate, etc.), hyperkähler varieties, geometry and applications of Shimura varieties, particularly in positive characteristic.
I will be a tenure-track assistant professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Fall 2024.
