• Approve users manually from our admin backend

• Send order-related updates and important alerts via push notifications

• Facilitate home delivery and customer support

• Identify your business or address for accurate delivery service

Zoya Traders uses OneSignal to send you notifications about order status, delivery, approvals, and important service updates. You can turn off notifications at any time in your phone’s settings.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties, except:

• OneSignal (for managing notifications — subject to their privacy policy)

• Our internal delivery staff (only information required to deliver your order)

5. Business Photos

You may choose to upload a profile photo and/or business photo. These are used for account identification and order processing only, and are not shared outside the app.

Zoya Traders does not store or process any payment data. All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
