Zoviqa - Invoice Generator (“Zoviqa”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the Zoviqa - Invoice Generator Android application.
You can use many features of Zoviqa - Invoice Generator without creating or signing into an account.
When you use the app as a guest, invoice, receipt, estimate, and Business Profile information may be stored locally on your device. This guest information is not automatically uploaded to our servers or Firebase.
When you choose to sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We may receive basic account information provided by Google, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique Firebase user ID.
Depending on the features you use, the app may process or store:
Invoice, receipt, and estimate information
Customer details you enter
Product and service item information
Business name, address, tax information, bank details, logo, and signature
Google account information used for authentication
Firebase Cloud Messaging device token for app notifications
Feedback or support information you voluntarily submit
Device, advertising, and technical information processed by advertising providers such as Google AdMob and supported mediation partners
Zoviqa - Invoice Generator allows users to generate invoices, receipts, and estimates without logging in.
When you use Guest Mode, your Business Profile and related template information are stored locally on your smartphone.
Guest information is generally stored in the app's private storage and is not synchronized with Firebase.
If you uninstall the app, clear the app's storage, reset the device, or lose the device, locally stored guest information may be permanently deleted.
The app uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication.
Google handles both authentication and first-time account setup.
If you sign in, your app data may be associated with your Firebase user ID so that only your authenticated account can access your stored data.
We use Firebase services including:
Firebase Authentication
Used to securely authenticate users through Google.
Cloud Firestore
Used to store signed-in users' invoices, receipts, estimates, customers, items, and Business Profile information.
Firebase Storage
Used to store files such as business logos and signatures for signed-in users.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Used to deliver notifications and app-related messages.
Firebase services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy practices.
The information you enter into documents is used only to provide the document creation and management functionality of the app.
Guest-created documents can be generated as PDF files without signing in.
When you are signed in, document information may be stored in Firebase so you can access your saved documents from your account.
We do not sell your invoice, customer, or business information.
The app allows you to generate, preview, save, and share PDF documents.
When you choose Save to Device, Android's system file picker may be used to let you choose where the PDF should be stored.
When you choose to share a PDF, the file is passed to the Android sharing system and then to the app or service you select. The privacy practices of the selected third-party app apply after you share the file.
Zoviqa - Invoice Generator may display advertising.
The app may use advertising services including Google AdMob and supported advertising mediation partners.
Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, and advertising performance information.
Advertising settings and the types of ads displayed may be controlled remotely by our administration system.
We do not directly receive your Google password or payment credentials from advertising providers.
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide notifications.
Firebase may generate and process a device registration token to deliver notifications to your device.
You can disable notifications at any time through your Android device settings.
The app may provide Contact Us and Feedback features.
If you voluntarily submit a message, the information you provide may be sent to our backend server and stored so that we can review your request, respond to support issues, and improve the app.
Please do not submit passwords, banking passwords, card PINs, or other highly sensitive credentials through the feedback form.
Business Profile information may include your business name, address, tax or registration details, payment information, logo, and signature.
For guest users, this information is stored locally on the device.
For signed-in users, Business Profile data may be stored using Firebase services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and use any logo, signature, customer information, or other content you enter into the app.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or allow information to be processed only when necessary to operate the app, such as through Google Firebase, Google AdMob, advertising mediation providers, hosting providers, and services you intentionally choose when sharing PDFs.
We may also disclose information when legally required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or valid governmental requests.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
Signed-in user information is separated using Firebase user authentication and account-specific data paths.
However, no electronic storage, internet transmission, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect access to their Google account and device.
Guest data remains on your device until it is deleted by the app, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled.
Firebase data associated with a signed-in account may remain stored until it is deleted, the account is deleted, or deletion is requested where applicable.
Feedback and support messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
If account-based data is stored for you through Firebase, you may request deletion of your account-related application data by contacting us.
When making a deletion request, please use the email address associated with your Google sign-in account so that we can verify the request.

Zoviqa - Invoice Generator is intended as a business and productivity utility and is not designed specifically for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
The app may use third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, and advertising mediation providers.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
The app may contain a More Apps option or other links that open Google Play or external services.
Once you leave Zoviqa - Invoice Generator, the privacy policy and terms of the external service apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, applicable laws, or third-party services.
When this policy is updated, the revised effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of the app after an update means the current Privacy Policy applies to your use of the app.
