4.2 Violations by End Users or Third Parties. Zoom assumes no responsibility or liability for violations of this Agreement by End Users or any other third party that you allow, direct, or enable to access the Services or Software. If you become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Services or Software by any person, you must contact Zoom at trust@zoom.us.

27.11 Opt-Out. You may reject this Arbitration Agreement and opt out of arbitration by sending an email to opt-out@zoom.us within (i) thirty (30) calendar days of April 1, 2023 if you are an existing user, or (ii) thirty (30) calendar days of the date you created your account if you are a new user. Your opt-out notice must be individualized and must be sent from the email address associated with your individual Zoom account. An opt-out notice that purports to opt out multiple parties will be invalid as to all such parties. No individual (or their agent or representative) may effectuate an opt out on behalf of other individuals. Your notice to opt-out must include your first and last name, address, the email address associated with your Zoom account, and an unequivocal statement that you decline this Arbitration Agreement. If you do decide to opt out, that opt out will apply to this Arbitration Agreement and all previous versions thereof, and neither party will have the right to compel the other to arbitrate any Dispute. However, all other parts of this Arbitration Agreement will continue to apply to you, and opting out of this Arbitration Agreement has no effect on any other arbitration agreements that you may enter into in the future with us.

I tried the solution posted to this question by Diortho in April 2020. But there is no window of the Zoom. On clicking the Zoom.us icon in the application, it creates an icon in the task bar and opens the dialogue box for joining the meeting. The task bar icon too does not have any useful options for un-installing. If we open the contents of the zoom app in the finder, there too no file is displayed for installing.

We seem to be talking past each other. When you launch the Zoom app click the zoom.us drop down menu at the very top of the Finder, next to the About This Mac. You will see the usual About Zoom, Preferences, Check for Updates, etc. The fifth selection down is 'Uninstall Zoom'. Are you telling us you do not see that option? Have you looked there for the option?

By the way I searched this site to find the instructions you alluded to, and came up with this Discussion: How to completely uninstall zoom apps on my Mac. The Community Specialist who replied provided the same instructions I just did. So, more information is required regarding the problems you're experiencing.

I have a MacBook (retina 12 inch-early 2015), Bis Sure 11.4.I always used Zoom without problems until yesterday: I tried to re-enter a zoom reunion after leaving it during a break but then the access to the reunion's link was denied.I tried:

I am experiencing exactly the same problem and a colleague of mine (different city, different internet provider) as well, both with Big Sur. I have another Mac with an older version of MacOS and there IT WORKS. It works also with my iPhone connected to the same wifi. So I think it has to do with the current version of Big Sur...I have reinstalled the Zoom app and it still does not work, but in any case I am still unable to visit zoom.us website...I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible, because I need it for my job...

If you want sandboxed zoom and do not care about reasonability that much (Zoom is unreasonable in itself, after all) you could read-only-bind-mount the probable executable to /zoom and see how it goes from there. e24fc04721
