This website outlines details about our proposal for a new development of 230 high-quality new homes, 36 are proposed to be affordable, on Land at Zone 6A and Zone 7 (Part Of), Elsea Park, Bourne.

Elsea Park is a Sustainable Urban Extension which is currently being built out and is located to the south of Bourne. Outline Planning permission was granted in 2001 for ‘Residential and associated development, link road, estate roads, open space and landscaping’, thus establishing the suitability of Elsea Park, inclusive of the current site for residential development. We are committed to the site and, subject to planning permission being granted, would be able to press ahead with delivering the new homes as soon as possible so that they could potentially be available to new home buyers within the next year.
