By downloading or using Zone (the "App"), developed by ProApps Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Zone provides users with ambient and natural soundscapes.
Free Version: Users can play and mix sounds for a maximum of 5 minutes per day.
Premium Version: Includes unlimited playtime, sleep timer functionality, and cross-app premium access.
Syncing: Custom "Zones" are synced via Apple iCloud. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions.
Billing: Premium is available via Monthly, Yearly, or One-Time purchase options managed through RevenueCat.
Bundle Logic: Zone Premium includes access to ProAlarm Premium, and vice-versa.
Requirement: To activate cross-app benefits, users must sign in using the same Sign in with Apple account on both applications. ProApps Solutions is not liable if a user fails to sync due to using multiple Apple IDs.
Refunds: All transactions and refunds are processed by Apple. ProApps Solutions does not manage, approve, or deny refund requests. Users must visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund claims.
Sign in with Apple: We collect your name and email via RevenueCat during the initial sign-up to manage your subscription status and cross-app entitlements.
Restrictions: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the App or use our sound assets for commercial purposes outside of the App.
All sounds, UI designs, code, and branding are the exclusive property of ProApps Solutions. Unauthorized distribution of the audio assets provided within the App is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
