ProApps Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Zone mobile application (the "App").
To provide a seamless experience, especially for our Premium features and cross-app syncing, we collect the following:
Identity Data: When you use "Sign in with Apple," we collect your name and email address.
Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to track your purchase history, subscription status, and active entitlements.
iCloud Data: Your saved "Zones" (custom sound mixes) are stored in your private Apple iCloud database. We do not have access to the contents of your iCloud files; this is managed entirely by Apple.
Device Information: Basic technical data like device model and OS version to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
We use the collected data strictly for:
Cross-App Entitlement: To verify your Premium status across Zone and ProAlarm.
Subscription Management: Processing payments and restoring purchases via RevenueCat.
Synchronization: Allowing you to access your saved sound mixes across all your iOS devices via iCloud.
Communication: Sending essential updates regarding your account or subscription.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers necessary for app functionality:
Apple: For "Sign in with Apple," iCloud syncing, and App Store payment processing.
RevenueCat: To manage and validate your in-app subscriptions and cross-app "Zone + ProAlarm" bundle.
We retain your Identity and Subscription data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so within the App settings or by contacting us at the email provided below.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. While there is no age restriction for listening to relaxing sounds, we encourage parents to monitor their children’s app usage.
Under Indian Information Technology laws and international privacy standards, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since we use Apple’s ecosystem, most of these rights can be exercised directly through your Apple ID settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
