These Terms of Use govern your use of the Zomni mobile application ("App") and the related services provided by Andrei Luferau
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Zomni is a wellness and sleep-support app that offers tools like relaxation audio, sleep tracking, mindfulness exercises, and AI-powered recommendations to help users improve their sleep quality and mental wellness.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Zomni may offer free and premium features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Payments are handled via your App Store or Google Play account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use the App to distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
Share access credentials or license keys with others.
All content in the App, including text, audio, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Andrei Luferau or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
The App includes AI-generated recommendations and content designed to support well-being and sleep. Zomni is not a medical or therapeutic service.
We make no guarantees that using the app will resolve sleep issues or improve your health.
You should always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
Zomni and its creators are not liable for any outcomes or actions taken based on information provided by the app, including suggestions generated by AI systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zomni and its creators disclaim all liability for:
Personal injury, mental distress, or medical issues resulting from use of the App.
Third-party service errors, data loss, or interruptions.
Any decision made by a user based on App content.
We may update these Terms or modify the App at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise specified.

We collect only non-personal, anonymized data that is essential for providing and improving the Application. Specifically:
We collect aggregated, anonymous data such as:
Time spent in the app
Features used (e.g. sleep sounds, AI chat)
Device type, operating system, language
Country (approximate, based on IP)
Analytics are collected using Amplitude.
When you interact with AI-powered features (e.g. sleep guidance, affirmations), your inputs are sent to OpenAI for processing. These inputs are not linked to your identity and are not stored in a personally identifiable way.
We use data solely for the following purposes:
Improving app performance and experience
Generating personalized, AI-driven content (e.g. sleep tips, meditations)
Monitoring app stability and usage patterns (via Amplitude)
No data is used for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Limited data is shared with:
OpenAI – to generate dynamic, AI-powered responses based on your in-app inputs.
Amplitude – to collect anonymous usage statistics.
These providers are used only to operate and improve the app experience.
While we do not collect personally identifiable data, we take standard security measures to protect all collected information. No system is 100% secure, but we minimize data collection to reduce any risk.
