(주)팬케이크 게임즈 (이하 ‘회사’라 합니다)는 고객님의 소중한 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 최선을 다하고 있으며, 이에 회사는 [정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호에 관한 법률], [통신비밀보호법], [전기통신사업법] 등 정보통신서비스제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법령상의 개인정보보호 관련 규정을 철저히 준수하고 있습니다.
회사는 고객님이 제공한 소중한 개인정보가 어떠한 목적과 용도, 방법으로 이용되고 어떻게 보호, 관리되고 있는지를 알 수 있도록 하기 위하여 아래와 같이 회사의 개인정보취급방침을 고객님들께 알려드리고 이에 대한 동의를 받습니다.
회사는 개인정보취급방침을 홈페이지 첫 화면에 공개하여 고객께서 언제나 용이하게 보실 수 있도록 조치하고 있습니다.
제1조 총칙
①(주)팬케이크 게임즈 (이하 회사)는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 필수항목을 고객님의 동의 하에 수집하고 있습니다. 개인정보란 생존하는 개인에 관한 정보로서 해당 정보에 포함되어 있는 사항에 의하여 당해 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 말합니다.
② 회사는 "정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률" (이하 '정보통신망법') 및 관계 법령의 개인정보보호규정 등을 준수함으로써 이용자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 조치를 취하고 있습니다.
③ 본 개인정보취급방침은 관계 법령 및 지침의 변경이나 회사의 내부 방침 변경 등으로 인하여 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 회사는 변경 이유 및 내용에 대하여 게임 내 공지 또는 대표 카페 등을 통해 공지합니다.
제2조 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집방법
① 회사는 고객님이 회사의 모바일게임을 이용하는 경우 원활한 서비스 제공, 데이터 통계 등을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
1. 개인정보 수집항목
- 팬케이크 게임즈 플랫폼 게임 수집 항목
휴대폰 번호, 전자우편 주소, 통신사 정보, 단말기 정보(모델명, OS 종류 및 버전, 국제모바일기기 식별코드(“IMEI”), Mac Address, 해상도 등), 게임이용 및 접속기록, 접속지역, 인증기록, 결제기록, 게임버전
- iOS 플랫폼 게임 수집 항목
하드웨어 유형, OS 버전, 기기명, 전자우편 주소 (페이스북이나 구글플러스로 연동 사용시), 지역(IP 주소 기반), 고유 유저 ID
- Android 플랫폼 게임 수집 항목
하드웨어 유형, MAC Address, IMEI, OS 버전, 기기명, 전자우편 주소 (페이스북이나 구글플러스로 연동 사용시), 지역(IP 주소 기반), 고유 유저 ID
- 페이스북(Facebook), 게임 센터(Game Center), 구글플러스(Google+) 연동게임 수집 항목
이름, 유저 고유 숫자 혹은 유저 이름, 지역/도시/주/국가, 성별, 생년월일, 전자우편 주소, 프로필 사진 혹은 URL, 소셜 네트워크 친구들에게 노출되는 유저 고유 숫자
- 카카오톡, 네이버 라인 연동게임 수집 항목
전화번호, 게임 서비스 이용기록, 접속 로그 및 인증일자, 결제기록, 게임버전, 통신사정보, 단말기 정보(모델명, OS버전, 기기고유식별번호, Mac Address 등), 회원번호, 닉네임, 프로필사진, 친구목록 및 친구의 프로필사진
2. 개인정보 수집방법
- 게임 구매 후 최초 실행 시, 네트워크 접속 시, 캐시 구매 시, 회원 가입 시, 고객센터를 통한 상담 시, 이벤트 응모 시
② 만 14세 미만의 아동이 게임을 진행할 경우 또는 만 20세 미만의 미성년자가 유료서비스를 이용하기 위하여 결제를 하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의여부를 확인하기 위하여 아래와 같은 법정대리인의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
- 이름, 휴대폰 번호, 전자우편 등
③ 서비스 이용과정이나 사업처리 과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 자동으로 생성되어 수집될수 있습니다.
- 서비스 이용기록, 접속로그, 쿠키, 접속IP정보, 접속이동전화번호, 거래기록, 이용정지 기록
④ 고객님이 유료서비스를 이용하는 경우 아래와 같은 정보들이 추가적으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
- 홈페이지에서 신용카드 결제 시: 카드사명, 카드번호, 유효기간 등 신용카드 결제에 필요한 정보
- 휴대전화/ARS 결제 시: 이동통신사, 이동전화번호, 전화번호, 결제승인번호 등 휴대전화 결제에 필요한 정보
- 계좌이체 시 :은행명, 계좌번호 등 계좌이체 거래에 필요한 정보
- 상품권 이용 시 : 상품권 번호 등 상품권을 이용한 거래에 필요한 정보
제3조 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
① 회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 고지한 범위 내에서 사용 및 활용하며, 원칙적으로 이용자의 사전 동의 없이는 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다. (단 이용자가 사전에 개인정보 공개에 대하여 동의한 경우와 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우에는 외부에 공개합니다.)
1. 서비스 제공에 관한 계약 이행 및 서비스 제공에 따른 요금정산
- 콘텐츠 제공, 특정 맞춤 서비스 제공, 정식구매인증, 본인확인, 요금결제
2. 회원관리
- 서비스 이용에 따른 본인확인, 개인식별, 불량 이용자의 부정 이용방지와 비인가 사용방지, 인증 의사 확인, 분쟁 조정을 위한 기록보존, 불만처리 등 민원처리, 고지사항 전달, 추후 법정 대리인 본인확인
3. 마케팅 및 광고, 통계에 활용
- 신규 서비스 개발, 통계학적 특성에 따른 서비스 제공 및 광고 게재, 서비스의 유효성 확인, 이벤트 및 광고성 정보 제공 및 참여기회 제공, 접속빈도 파악, 이용자의 서비스이용에 대한 통계
- 이용자는 수신 동의한 전자우편이나 SMS를 통해 발송되는 이벤트 및 광고성 정보에 대해 회사에 요청하여 수신동의 해제를 할 수 있습니다.
4. 법정대리인의 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적
- 만14세 미만 어린이의 개인정보 수집에 대한 법정대리인 동의여부 확인, 만20세 미만 미성년자의 결제 시 법정대리인 동의여부 확인
② 회사는 고객님의 기본권 침해의 우려가 있는 민감한 개인정보(인종 및 민족, 사상 및 신조, 출신지 및 본적지, 정치적 성향 및 범죄기록, 건강상태 및 성생활 등)는 수집하지 않습니다.
제4조 수집한 개인정보의 공유 및 제공
① 회사는 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령의 규정에 의하여 정당한 권한이 있는 국가기관, 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 어떠한 경우에도 [개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적]에서 고지한 범위를 넘어 이용자의 개인정보를 이용하거나 타인 또는 타기업/기관 등 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
②이용자의 개인정보를 제3차에게 제공하는 경우에는 개인정보를 제공받는 자, 개인정보를 제공받는 자의 개인정보 이용 목적, 제공하는 개인정보 항목, 개인정보를 제공받는 자의 개인정보 보유 및 이용기간에 대해 개별적으로 전자우편, 전화 등을 통해 고지한 후 이에 대한 사전 동의를 구합니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 고객님의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
1. 서비스 제공에 따른 요금 정산을 위하여 필요한 경우
2. 통계작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 제공하는 경우
3. 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우
4. 전기통신기본법, 전기통신사업법 등 관계 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 국가기관, 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
5. 이용자가 신청 및 동의하여 개인정보 활용을 동의한 이벤트상품 또는 우편물 배송(발송) 등의 우편/택배 위탁배송 또는 이메일, SMS, MMS, 메신져 등 전자적 발송을 위하여 필요한 경우.
③ 회사는 아래와 같은 경우 고객님의 동의 하에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.
1. 유료컨텐츠 이용 등의 정산을 위해 고객님의 이름, 전화번호, 결제정보 등이 컨텐츠 제공자, 오픈마켓, 통신사, 신용카드사 등 이용자가 서비스를 이용한 결제업체에 제공될 수 있습니다.
2. 각종 이벤트 행사에 참여한 고객님의 개인정보가 해당 이벤트의 주최자에게 제공될 수 있습니다.
제5조 개인정보취급 위탁
회사는 회원의 소중한 개인정보 보호를 위하여 직접 회원의 개인정보를 취급 관리합니다. 단, 회사는 회원에게 전문적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 경우 제3의 전문기관에 회원의 개인정보를 위탁할 필요가 있다고 판단되는 경우, 제3자에게 회원의 개인정보를 제공하는 것과 동일한 절차를 거친 후 제3의 전문기관에 회원의 개인정보에 대한 취급을 위탁할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 이행을 위해서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 위탁하고 있으며, 관계 법령에 따라 위탁계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 규정하고 있습니다.

제6조 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
① 회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 이벤트응모를 위해 주소 등의 개인정보를 제공한 경우에는 이벤트상품 발송 및 이벤트응모 이용자에 대한 고객응대를 위해 해당 이벤트의 종료시점으로부터 6개월간 해당 개인정보를 보유합니다.
② 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.
1. 보존 항목
- 회사는 제2조 1항 1호의 내용을 모두 보존합니다.
2. 관계법령에 의한 정보보유 사유
상법, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 이용자정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 회사는 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 : 5년

제7조 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법
① 회사는 이용자에게 사전에 고지하고 동의 받은 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과되거나수집ㆍ이용목적이달성된 경우에 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
1. 파기절차
- 이용자가 제공한 개인정보는 수집ㆍ이용목적이 달성되면 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라 일정기간 저장 후, 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 파기됩니다.
- 동 개인정보는 법령에 의한 경우가 아닌 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
2. 파기방법
- 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
- 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.
제8조 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법
① 이용자는 개인정보관리책임자에게 서면, 전화, 전자우편 등을 통해 개인정보 수집에 대한 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 본인 여부를 확인한 후 법령에 다르게 규정하고 있는 경우를 제외하고는 당해 개인정보의 파기 등 필요한 조치를 취합니다. 단 개인정보가 파기되는 경우에는 이용자가 회사의 서비스를 이용하며 생성, 축적한관련 정보가 함께 파기될 수 있습니다.
② 회사는 이용자의 대리인이 방문하여 열람 또는 정정요구를 하는 경우에는 이용자의 진정한 대리인인지 여부를 확인하며 이 경우 회사는 대리관계를 나타내는 증표를 제시하도록 요구할 수 있습니다.
③ 회사는 당해 개인정보의 전부 또는 일부에 대하여 열람 또는 이용자의 개인정보 등에 대한 정정요구를 거절할 정당한 이유가 있는 경우에는 이용자에게 이를 지체 없이 통지하고 그 이유를 설명합니다.
④ 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 자신 및 만 14세 미만의 아동에 대한 개인정보에 대하여 본 조에서 규정한 권리를 동일하게 행사할 수 있습니다.
제9조 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치/운영 및 거부에 관한 사항
① 회사는 고객님의 정보를 수시로 저장하고 찾아내는 ‘쿠키(cookie)’ 등 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치를 설치, 운용할 수 있습니다. 쿠키란 회사의 사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 귀하의 브라우저에 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로서 귀하의 컴퓨터 하드디스크에 저장됩니다. 회사는 다음과 같은 목적을 위해 쿠키 등을 사용합니다.
② 쿠키 등 사용 목적은 회원과 비회원의 접속 빈도나 방문 시간 등을 분석, 고객님의 취향과 관심분야를 파악 및 자취 추적, 각종 이벤트 참여 정도 및 방문 회수 파악 등을 통한 타겟 마케팅 및 개인 맞춤 서비스 제공에 있습니다.
③ 고객님은 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서 고객님은 웹 브라우저에서 옵션을 설정함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나, 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나, 아니면 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수도 있습니다.
④ 쿠키 설정을 거부하는 방법으로는 고객님이 사용하시는 웹 브라우저의 옵션을 선택함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나 쿠키를 저장할 때마다 확인을 거치거나, 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다.
제10조 개인정보보호를 위한 기술적ㆍ관리적보호대책
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실ㆍ도난ㆍ누출ㆍ변조ㆍ훼손되지 않도록 아래와 같은 기술적ㆍ관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.
①비밀번호 암호화
- 고객님 아이디(ID)의 비밀번호는 암호화되어 저장 및 관리되고 있어 고객님만이 알고 있으며, 개인정보의 확인 및 변경도 비밀번호를 알고 있는 고객님에 의해서만 가능합니다.
②해킹 등에 대비한 대책
-해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 고객님의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
- 개인정보의 훼손에 대비해서 자료를 수시로 백업하고 있고, 최신 백신프로그램을 이용하여 고객님들의 개인정보나 자료가 누출되거나 손상되지 않도록 방지하고 있으며, 암호화통신 등을 통하여 네트워크상에서 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다.
- 외부로의 불법적인 침입에 대비하여 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있으며, 기타 시스템적으로 보안성을 확보하기 위한 가능한 모든 기술적 장치를 갖추려 노력하고 있습니다.
③ 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육
- 회사의 개인정보관련 취급 직원은 담당자에 한정시키고 있고 이를 위한 별도의 비밀번호를 부여하여 정기적으로 갱신하고 있으며, 담당자에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 개인정보취급방침의 준수를 항상 강조하고 있습니다.
④개인정보보호전담기구의 운영
- 회사는 사내 개인정보보호전담기구 등을 통하여 개인정보취급방침의 이행사항 및 담당자의 준수여부를 확인하여 문제가 발견될 경우 즉시 수정하고 바로 잡을 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.
- 단, 고객님 본인의 부주의나 인터넷상의 문제로 ID, 비밀번호등 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

법령 정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 변경되는 개인정보취급방침을 업데이트 즉시 고지 및 공지하며, 대표 페이지(SNS) 등을 통해 변경이유 및 내용 등을 고지하도록 하겠습니다.
