Welcome to my page! I am a PhD candidate in mathematics at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan campus) under the supervision of Dr. Xianfu Wang. 

My research interest lies in the intersection between variational analysis and continuous optimization. Roughly speaking, I am interested in favorable properties of “bad” functions and operators, and their applications in continuous optimization. 

Besides teaching and doing math, I also enjoy jogging and skiing.
