SecondSocial: Virtual SMS("we," "us," or "our") operates the SecondSocial mobile application for Android and related online services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.
By creating an account or using SecondSocial, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the ways described below. We collect only what is needed to provide the Service.
1.1 Information You Provide
Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and password. Your password is handled securely through our authentication systems; we do not store your password in plain text.
Payment-related information
When you purchase coin packages through the Android app, payment is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive purchase identifiers, transaction confirmations, and related billing metadata needed to credit coins to your account.
Customer support
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, the content of your messages, and any information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
Device and app information
Such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and general technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.
Usage and transaction information
Including virtual numbers you rent, services and countries selected, order status, rental duration, coin balance, coin purchases, coin deductions for number rentals, and timestamps related to your account activity.
SMS verification messages
When you rent a virtual number through the Service, SMS messages sent to that number—including verification codes and message content—may be received by our systems and displayed in your account so you can complete verification on third-party apps or websites. This is a core function of the Service.
Log and security information
Such as IP address, access times, and diagnostic or security logs related to use of our servers and APIs.
Push notification tokens
If you allow notifications on your device, we collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token so we can send you transactional alerts related to your account and active orders.
1.3 Information Stored on Your Device
The app may store certain information locally on your device, such as encrypted login session data, cached order information for faster loading, and your selected app language. This helps the app function when you are signed in.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
Payment providers
Google Play may provide us with purchase confirmations, transaction identifiers, and refund status for in-app coin purchases.
Virtual number and SMS partners
We work with third-party providers to supply temporary phone numbers and SMS delivery. Those partners process number rental and message routing on our behalf in order to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and manage your account.
• Process coin purchases through Google Play and credit coins to your wallet.
• Rent temporary virtual numbers and deliver SMS verification messages to your account.
• Send transactional push notifications (for example, when an SMS is received or an order expires).
• Display your order history, messages, wallet balance, and transaction history in the app.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms.
• Respond to support requests.
• Improve reliability, performance, and security of the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your information to show third-party advertising in the app.

Service providers
With vendors and partners that help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, authentication infrastructure, payment processing (Google Play), push notification delivery (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), and virtual number/SMS fulfillment partners. These parties are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
Legal and safety
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
Business transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
With your consent
When you direct us or explicitly authorize us to share information.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies, including:
• Google Play Billing — in-app coin purchases on Android
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications
• Cloud and API hosting providers (including Vercel)
• Virtual number and SMS fulfillment partners
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google and other services you interact with through your device or account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes:
Account information
Retained while your account remains active.
Orders and SMS messages
Retained to provide order history, display verification messages in the app, and support dispute resolution.
Transaction records
Coin purchases and wallet transactions may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Security and fraud-prevention data
Certain technical and security-related records may be retained to protect the Service and users.
When you delete your account (see Section 7), we will delete or anonymize personal information when reasonably practicable and when we are not required to retain it by law. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at zraccess7@gmail.com. When in-app account deletion is available, you may also delete your account from the Profile section of the app.
Please note:
• If you have an active number order in progress, you may need to cancel or complete that order before your account can be deleted.
• Unused coins in your wallet may be forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable.
• Deleting your account is permanent and different from logging out.
Push notifications
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
To exercise your rights or ask questions about your data, contact us using the details in Section 12.

8. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications about:
• Incoming SMS messages on an active rented number.
• Order or rental expiration.
• Important account or security-related events related to the Service.
We do not send promotional marketing push notifications in the current version of the app. You may turn off notifications in your device settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

SecondSocial is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by law in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where our service providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
