In the middle of one of the most traditional streets of the city, we have found since 2004, the perfect place to create our space in a beautiful historical house of the Center of Arequipa.
Since then, every day, we open our doors wide with the illusion of being a meeting point to enjoy good food and drinks
Our cuisine is characterized by traditional recipes of Arequipeña and Peruvian food, as well as our own creations with local ingredients.
Among our most requested dishes are the traditional Cuy Chactado, a variety of Alpaca and Shrimp preparations.
Restaurant & Private Room
On the gorund floor of Zingaro, you can see the kitchen which is open to the public. Through the glass you can appreciate the work and effort of our kitchen team while they are preparing the food.
The restaurant has a second level , from where you can see up close the vault cealing. We also have ables in the patio for al fresco dinning, and a Private Room for events, it has its own independent access.
Zingaro tradition comes from the hand of our love for good wine.
We have one of the best-stocked cavas in southern Peru.
In order to enjoy our variety of wines, we have created a differentiated space where you will, not only find the best wines of the city, but also tapas and platters to accompany them.
