A. User Input and Chats

ZingAI is an artificial intelligence-based chatbot. To provide responses, the

text prompts you enter are securely transmitted to third-party artificial

intelligence processing models. These prompts are processed in real-time to

generate responses. We do not store your conversations on our servers; all

processing is handled securely and anonymously.

B. Local Chat History

Your chat history is saved directly on your local device storage inside a

dedicated folder (Documents/ZingAI_Chats/). This data is kept strictly on your

device so that it remains available even if you reinstall the app. You can

permanently delete this local history at any time using the delete button inside

the app.

C. No Account Registration

ZingAI does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any

personal identification (such as name, email, or phone number) to use the

service. Your usage remains anonymous.

2. Permissions We Request

To function correctly, the app requests the following device permissions:

- Internet & Network State: Required to connect to secure cloud servers to

fetch AI responses and load advertisements.

- Storage Access (Read & Write): Required strictly to create the local folder

on your device and save/retrieve your local chat history.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use third-party services in our app that may collect information used to

identify you anonymously.

Google AdMob (Google Play Services)

ZingAI displays advertisements (Banners, Interstitials, and Rewarded ads)

managed by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use anonymous device identifiers,

cookies, or advertising IDs to serve relevant and personalized ads.

4. Data Security

We implement standard security measures to protect your interactions. Since your

chats are processed in real-time through secure encryption protocols (HTTPS) and

your history is stored locally on your own device, your data is highly secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

ZingAI does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect

personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent

or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal

information, please contact us.
