The App is designed to be used without requiring you to create an account

- Text Prompts: The text descriptions you enter to generate images.
- Uploaded Images: Images you choose to upload from your device for
image-to-image generation.
- Feedback: Any messages you send us directly (for example, by email).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Identifiers: We generate and store anonymous identifiers (such as a
device-based ID, Identifier for Vendor, or a Keychain UUID on iOS) to create
and maintain your anonymous guest account, restore your balance, and prevent
abuse.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, time
zone, and similar technical data used to maintain your account and improve the
App.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as the number
of generation tasks and their status.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not require your real name, email address, phone number, or physical
address to use the App.
- We do not collect precise GPS location.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the core functionality of the App, including generating images from
your prompts and uploaded images.
- Create and maintain your anonymous guest account and virtual currency balance.
- Process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the App and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Respond to your support requests and feedback.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. IMAGE PROCESSING
When you submit a text prompt or upload an image, that content is transmitted to
our servers and third-party AI processing providers solely to generate your
requested result. Generated results may be temporarily stored so they can be
delivered to you and displayed in your task history. You can delete your tasks
within the App at any time.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers virtual currency ("coins") and may offer subscriptions that can be
purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment transactions are
processed by the applicable app store and our payment/subscription partners. We do
not receive or store your full credit card or payment card details. We may receive
purchase confirmation data needed to credit your account.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the App, including:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers.
- AI image generation providers.
- Subscription and purchase management (e.g., RevenueCat).
- App store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play).
These providers process data only as necessary to perform services for us and are
obligated to protect your information. Their use of information is governed by their
own privacy policies.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain anonymous account data and generated content for as long as needed to
provide the App's functionality. You may delete individual tasks at any time, and
you may delete your account and associated data using the "Delete Account" option
in the App settings. After deletion, associated data is removed from our active
systems, subject to any retention required by law.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age
required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact
us so we can remove it.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of
sensitive request data in transit, to protect information against unauthorized
access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage
is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or
delete your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the
App uses anonymous identifiers, you can exercise most of these rights directly by

than your own. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level

"Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
