To provide its functionality, the extension requires the following permissions:
- "downloads":
Required to save the downloaded high-resolution listing photos (packaged as a ZIP archive) and exported property metadata (packaged as a CSV file) directly to your local computer.
- "storage":
Used to store your extension preferences, trial usage count, user account email, and Pro subscription activation status locally and synchronously across your browser sessions.
- "cookies":
Used strictly on the myexthub.com domain to store an anonymous trial verification timestamp. This ensures fair trial usage and persists license information across re-installations.
- Host Permissions ("*://*.zillow.com/*", "*://*.zillowstatic.com/*"):
Allows the extension to detect active Zillow property listings, parse high-resolution photo URLs, and download the image assets into a ZIP file.
- Host Permissions ("https://myexthub.com/*"):
Required to authenticate user accounts and synchronize your Pro subscription license status with our portal.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND LOCAL PROCESSING
- All image fetching, ZIP compression, and CSV generation occur 100% locally within your browser.
- We do NOT collect, sell, monitor, or transmit your browsing history, personal searches, or property viewing activity.
- The only network requests made outside of Zillow are for license verification and subscription management with myexthub.com.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS
The extension does not include third-party tracking scripts, advertising networks, or analytics SDKs. It operates transparently on the client side.
5. LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE
The extension strictly adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your data is never transferred to third parties for advertising, lending, or credit evaluation purposes.
