I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at V-SENSE, Trinity College Dublin working with Prof. Aljosa Smolic. Before this, I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Insight Centre for Data Analytics, Dublin City University, where I am advised by Prof. Tomas Ward and Dr. Graham Healy. I completed my M.Sc. in Advanced Control System Engineering at The University of Manchester and BEng in Electronic Engineering at Maynooth University.
My personal page is moving to here . This website is no longer maintained.
My research interest focuses on deep learning, video action recognition and brain-computer interface.
My Ph.D. work is carried out in:
Feature extraction and dimension reduction for image brain-computer interfaces.
Deep learning including transfer learning, adversarial training and image recognition.
Generative adversarial networks for image generation.
Event-related potentials in EEG e.g. P300, N170, where I have decent experience in P300 (EEG component related to human's attention).
Brain-inspired evaluation metrics for generative adversarial networks.
Moreover, I have strong interest in the area of AI including explainable AI, visual reasoning, etc.
I have lots of hobbies in my spare time: swimming, travelling, watching sports, workout in the gym and etc. I am also a gamer. Currently interested in AOV and Survival Heroes. Love to make new friends!
