I’m an economist specializing in causal inference. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Arizona in 2026.
I’m an economist specializing in causal inference. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Arizona in 2026.
My work focuses on getting credible causal answers from messy, incomplete data. I build large datasets from sources like full-count US census records and digitized archives, and analyze them with quasi-experimental methods. My research studies how immigration policy and discrimination shaped the economic lives of immigrants and their children. I also apply these skills to data science projects in Python, including NLP and recommendation systems.
