People who want to learn squat or need a hand when squatting may encounter healthy issues due to their improper fitness postures.

Maybe a protective gear can guide them to correct their postures.

Based on the research I've done, I made an affinity diagram which clearly show the pain points for squatting users, and then I summarized different situations they may encounter as well as several insights as below:

HIGHLIGHT: During the process, I mainly focused on the procedure of the way about how to empathize and define, from which I gained a lot of valuable insights, and these insights were embodied in the prototype.
