1. SCOPE
This policy explains how the Zex Network mobile application (com.zexnet), developed by [DEVELOPER NAME], handles personal data. By using the app you accept this policy.
Zex Network is a mobile game. The points and ZEX balance you accumulate are in-game values; see section 10.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
The app collects only the data required to create your account and store your game progress.
- Email address — from the sign-up form, or from Google / Apple sign-in. Used as your account identity and for login.
- Full name — from the sign-up form or social sign-in. Shown on your profile.
- Gender — from the sign-up form (optional). Profile information.
- Date of birth — from the sign-up form. Used for an age eligibility check.
- Phone number — from the sign-up form. Used for account recovery and contact.
- Profile photo — from your Google / Apple account. Shown on your profile.
- Game progress — generated by your use of the app: points, ZEX, levels, boosts, eggs, check-in streaks and referral records.
- Advertising ID — provided by your device through Google Play services. Used to serve rewarded ads.
What we do not collect: We do not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or device files. Your password is never stored by us — authentication is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication.
The only device permissions the app requests are INTERNET and AD_ID.
3. WHY WE USE IT
- To create your account and verify your sign-in
- To save your game progress and sync it across devices
- To correctly calculate daily rewards, check-in streaks and boost durations
- To operate the referral system and prevent abuse
- To serve rewarded ads and enforce the daily ad limit
- To attribute your purchases to your account
- To detect errors and keep the app secure
We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
4. ADVERTISING
The app shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Watching ads is entirely optional; no part of the game is locked if you choose not to.
AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID and general device information to serve and measure ads. Google processes this data under its own policies, available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings.
5. PURCHASES
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Your payment details — card number, billing address and similar — go directly to those platforms and are never seen or stored by us.
On our side we only record that a purchase succeeded and the in-game value credited to your account as a result.
6. THIRD PARTIES
The app uses the following services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Firebase Authentication — account creation and sign-in verification
- Cloud Firestore — storing profile and game data
- Google AdMob — serving rewarded ads
- Google Sign-In — signing in with a Google account
- Apple Sign-In — signing in with an Apple account (iOS)
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases

7. STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is kept in two places: on your device (a local copy for fast access) and in Google Cloud Firestore (for cross-device sync). Firestore data is stored encrypted on Google's servers.
Only you, authenticated, can access your account. Access is restricted by server-side security rules.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your profile and game data are permanently removed.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you and request a copy
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Object to the processing of your data

9. CHILDREN
Zex Network is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. A date of birth is requested at sign-up.
If we learn that we have collected data belonging to a child under 13, we delete it immediately. If you believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
10. ABOUT ZEX
ZEX is an in-game currency. It has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, is not an investment, and carries no promise of return. Points and ZEX collected in the game are usable only inside the app.
In-app purchases buy in-game value; they are not the sale of a financial product or a crypto asset.
11. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. When a significant change occurs we will notify you in the app and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
