Personal Data We operate on a strict "privacy-first" basis. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from our users. You can use the Zeta App without revealing any personally identifiable information.
Usage Data We do not track or log your usage behavior within the App in a way that is linked to your identity.
Since we do not collect your personal information, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties for any purpose.
We do not transmit your data to external servers. Any data created or processed by the App resides locally on your device (unless you choose to manually back it up to your own cloud storage, where applicable).
Depending on your location (including users in the European Economic Area under the GDPR), you have certain rights regarding your personal data. Although we do not store personal data, we acknowledge your rights:
Right to Access & Correction: You have the right to request details of the information we hold about you. However, since we do not collect personal data, we hold no records to provide or correct.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to ask us to delete your data. As we do not store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the App will effectively remove all locally stored data from your device.
Right to Complaint: If you believe your privacy has been compromised, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
