## 1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Zeravo ("Zeravo", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Zeravo IPTV player application. Zeravo is a media player: it does not require an account and it does not operate servers that store your personal data.
By using the application you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the application.
## 2. Information stored only on your device
Zeravo stores the following information locally on your device, in the application's private storage: the playlists, URLs, and credentials you add; your favorites, viewing history, and playback progress; your profiles and settings; and the files you download for offline viewing.
This information is not sent to us and we have no access to it. It is removed when you delete the application or the corresponding items.
Playlist URLs may contain a username and password supplied by your provider. They are used only to connect to your provider and are kept on your device.
## 3. Information we do not collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data.
We do not operate a user database and we do not sell personal information.
## 4. Third-party services
Zeravo uses the third-party services described below. They may collect information directly from your device and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Advertising (Free plan). The Free plan displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, and information about how you interact with ads, in order to deliver, measure, and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. On iOS, the advertising identifier is accessed only if you allow tracking when prompted. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Subscriptions. To manage the Premium subscription, Zeravo uses RevenueCat, which receives purchase and subscription information (such as the product, its status, and its dates), an anonymous app-user identifier, and technical information such as IP address and device details. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your payment card details. Learn more at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Movie and series information. When you open the details of a movie or series, Zeravo sends its title, year, and your app language to The Movie Database (TMDB) to retrieve synopses and artwork, and artwork is loaded from TMDB servers. TMDB can see your IP address and these requests. Learn more at themoviedb.org/privacy-policy.
Your content providers. When you play or download content, Zeravo connects directly to the servers you configured, including artwork and channel logos hosted by them. Those operators can see your IP address, device information, and what you request. Zeravo does not control them and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
## 5. Notifications
Zeravo may show local notifications on your device, for example when a download finishes. They are generated by the application on your device. We do not collect a push-notification token and we do not send push messages from a server.
## 6. Advertising choices and Premium
The Premium plan does not display advertisements.
You can control ad personalization through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
## 7. Children
Zeravo is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The profile with restricted content is a local parental-control feature and does not send information to us.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the sources they configure and for the content their children access through them.
## 8. Your rights
Because we do not hold your personal data on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. To remove the data stored on your device, delete the corresponding items in the application or uninstall it. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, under Brazil's LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have rights over data processed by third parties such as the advertising and subscription providers above. You can exercise them directly with those providers, or contact us at zeravoproject@gmail.com and we will help direct your request.
## 9. Security and retention
Data stored locally is protected by your device's security features and the operating system's application sandbox. We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode or biometrics. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Information held by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.
## 10. International data transfers
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.
## 11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published within the application, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
