Zephyr is a fully offline astrology application. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains clearly and simply what data Zephyr does and does not collect.

1. Data We Collect

Zephyr collects only the following information:

• Your first name — used solely to personalize your in-app experience (e.g. "Good morning, Alex")

• Your date, time, and place of birth — used exclusively to calculate your natal chart and daily horoscope within the app

• Your energy profile selection — stored locally to personalize your horoscope tone

• Your daily energy slider inputs — stored locally on your device to generate your end-of-day report

We do not collect your email address, phone number, password, or any other personal identifier.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data entered into Zephyr is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage. This includes your name, birth data, energy profile, and daily energy logs.

Zephyr does not have a server, database, or backend. Your data never leaves your device.

All horoscope content, report templates, and astrological calculations are bundled directly within the app and processed entirely on-device. No internet connection is required or used for any core feature.

3. Data Sharing

Zephyr does not share, sell, transmit, or disclose your data to any third party — ever.

There are no analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs collecting data through this application.

4. Notifications

Zephyr may send local push notifications (e.g. your nightly report reminder at 22:00). These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device using your device's local notification system. No data is transmitted to any server in order to deliver these notifications.

5. Children's Privacy

Zephyr does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all data remains on the user's device and we have no backend, no data from any user — including minors — is transmitted or stored externally.

6. Data Deletion

You are in full control of your data at all times. To permanently delete all data associated with Zephyr, simply uninstall the application from your device. Uninstalling removes all locally stored information completely.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
