This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use ZeoLive ("the App", "the Application", "We", "Us", "Our"). This Application is owned and operated by ZEOLIVE COMMUNITY, located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
ZeoLive is strictly designed for and limited to users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process data from minors. If You are under 18, You are prohibited from using this Application.
If we identify a user under the age of 18:
We will immediately block, suspend, or delete the account.
We will permanently delete all personal data associated with the underage account from our servers.
We employ AI-based tools and manual moderation to detect and restrict access to minors.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
Profile Details: Username, Gender, Profile Picture.
Contact Information: Mobile number or Email address (for account management).
In-App Preferences: Settings and customization choices.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: Device information (model, OS version), IP address (approximate location), crash reports, and performance logs to help us improve app stability.
Cookies: Browser type, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers.
3.3 Permissions (Camera & Microphone)
To facilitate the core features of ZeoLive (Video Calling and Audio Rooms), we require access to your device's Camera and Microphone.
Usage: These permissions are used strictly for real-time communication.
Privacy Commitment: We do not record or store your audio or video calls on our servers. All real-time communication is processed to facilitate the connection and is not archived by Us.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide the Service: Enabling audio, video, and 1v1 calling features.
To manage Your Account: Managing registration and user identity.
To improve App Quality: Using crash logs and analytics (via Firebase and Crashlytics) to fix bugs.
Safety & Security: To prevent fraudulent activity, enforce our 18+ policy, and maintain platform safety.
Communication: To contact You regarding security updates or support requests.
Note: ZeoLive is an entertainment application. It is not an earning application. User activity is analyzed to personalize the entertainment experience, not to calculate financial earnings.
5.1 Google Play Billing
All purchases made within ZeoLive (such as Virtual Coins or Gifts) are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
We do not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
Financial transactions are handled securely by Google.
5.2 Virtual Coins Policy
Coins are virtual entertainment items only.
No Real Money Exchange: Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, converted, or exchanged for real money.
Gifts sent or received have no monetary value outside the application.
Because all transactions are processed through Google Play:
ZeoLive cannot process refunds directly.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play in accordance with their official refund policies.
Failed Transactions: If coins are purchased but not credited to your account due to a technical error, please contact our support team with the transaction ID. We will verify the validity of the transaction and manually credit the coins if confirmed.
Storage Infrastructure: Your data is securely stored using AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) for data transmission and encrypted storage for sensitive data. We employ firewalls and electronic surveillance to safeguard against external threats.
International Transfer: Your data may be processed in computers located outside of Your state or country (e.g., AWS servers) where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this policy represents agreement to such transfer.
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share limited data with:
Service Providers: Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and WebRTC/Agora SDK (for streaming technology).
Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Moderators: To enforce community guidelines and safety policies.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and data.
You can request deletion through the "Account Settings" within the App.

By downloading or using ZeoLive, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the application.
Entertainment Only: ZeoLive is purely for entertainment purposes (video/audio chatting).
Not a Money-Making Platform: This is not an earning app. You generally cannot earn real cash through the app, and virtual currency has no real-world monetary value.
You agree NOT to engage in the following prohibited activities:
Harassment: Bullying, abuse, or threatening behavior towards other users.
Illegal Content: Sharing sexual, pornographic, violent, illegal, or harmful content.
Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or spreading misinformation/spam.
Recording: Recording calls or taking screenshots of other users without their explicit permission is a violation of privacy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
Zeolive is not responsible for:
User interactions or disputes between users.
Technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
Any harm caused by third-party services linked within the app.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
