Privacy Policy for ZenZ

ZenZ ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Vinod Kumar as an Indie Developer. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the App.
1. Information We Collect
ZenZ is designed to be a private, local-first application.

Habit Data: All habits, completion logs, and weekly reflections you enter are stored locally on your device in a private database. We do not have access to this data.

Preferences: Your theme choices and onboarding status are saved locally on your device.
•
Purchase Data: If you upgrade to ZenZ Pro, transaction processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your credit card details or personal financial information.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data collected is used solely to provide the core features of the App:

To track your habit consistency and grow your virtual ritual tree.
•
To send you mindful reminders (if you have enabled notifications).
•
To process your Pro membership via Google Play.
3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: Your data remains on your physical device. It is not uploaded to any external servers owned by us.
•
Data Safety: Because your data is local, if you delete the App or clear its data, your habit history and reflections will be permanently removed. We recommend using system-level backups if you wish to preserve your data.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

Google Play Services: Used for app functionality, updates, and security.
•
Google Play Billing: Used for processing premium subscriptions and purchases.
•
Android Share Sheet: When you use the "Share Status" feature, the app creates a temporary image on your device to pass to the external app you choose (e.g., Instagram).
5. Children’s Privacy
ZenZ does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. We encourage parents to monitor their children's app usage.
6. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:

Access/Update: You can view and edit your habits directly in the App.
•
Deletion: You can delete individual habits or use the Android "Clear Data" setting to wipe all information from the App.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
