1. Paid Premium App & Ad-Free Experience

• No Advertisements: ZenSpin for iOS is a paid premium application. It does not contain any advertisements.

• No Third-Party Ad Networks: We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs or data broker tools.

• No Cross-App Tracking: The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Therefore, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework is not required or utilized.

2. Information We Process

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

ZenSpin does not require a user account or login. We do not operate external cloud servers to collect, harvest, or store your personal data. All gameplay information is stored exclusively on your device:

• User preferences (sound volume, haptic vibration intensity, background theme, language);

• Custom spinner designs and configurations created in the bespoke studio;

• Story mode progression and unlocked relic artifacts;

• Game statistics and records (best RPM, total spins, longest duration, personal bests).

You can permanently delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App from your device.

B. Device Haptics & Sensors

The App accesses your device's built-in Taptic Engine / haptic feedback motor to deliver tactile vibration responses. This functionality operates entirely on-device and does not transmit any sensory or diagnostic data to external servers.

3. Payment & Billing Information

• Handled by Apple: Your purchase of the App is processed entirely by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store.

• Developer Access: We never receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or bank account information.

• Apple Privacy: Payment processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

Because ZenSpin for iOS is a completely standalone paid app without ads or analytics SDKs:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

• We do not transmit your data to third-party marketing or analytics services.

• We do not operate a remote server that collects your gameplay records or custom spinners.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

• No Account to Delete: ZenSpin does not use user accounts.

• Complete Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. Deleting or uninstalling the App from your iOS device immediately and permanently removes all saved configurations, story progress, and spin statistics.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

ZenSpin is a sensory relaxation tool designed for general audiences of all ages. Because the App contains no advertisements, no tracking, and no external data collection, it is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy standards. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

Because your data never leaves your device, its security is maintained by Apple's iOS sandbox architecture and your device's security settings (Passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
