• Ad-Supported: ZenSpin for Android is a free-to-download application supported by third-party advertising.

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements.

• Optional Ad-Free In-App Purchase: An optional in-app purchase may be provided to remove advertisements permanently.

2. Information We Process

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

ZenSpin does not require a user account or login. We do not operate our own cloud backend servers to harvest or store your personal information. The following data is kept solely on your local Android device:

• User preferences (sound volume, haptic vibration intensity, background theme, language);

• Custom spinner configurations and part designs created in the bespoke studio;

• Story mode progression and unlocked relic artifacts;

• Game statistics and records (best RPM, total spins, longest duration, personal records);

• Local verification flag for ad-removal entitlement.

You can permanently delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.

B. Device Haptics & Sensors

The App accesses your device's built-in vibration hardware to deliver tactile haptic feedback. This processing occurs locally and is not transmitted to external servers.

3. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (Google Mobile Ads)

The Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK may automatically collect and process certain device and usage information to serve, measure, and secure advertisements.

Data Collected by Google AdMob:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID);

• IP Address: Used for coarse geolocation (country/city level) and ad fraud prevention;

• Interaction Data: Ad impressions, clicks, video completion rates;

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

• No Account to Delete: ZenSpin does not operate user accounts.

• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App or tapping "Clear Data" in your Android Application Manager immediately and permanently deletes all locally saved game progress, custom spinners, and settings.

6. Children’s Privacy (Google Play Families Policy & COPPA Compliance)

ZenSpin is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. All advertisements served on the Android platform are configured to adhere to Google Play’s Families Policy and applicable children’s privacy standards.

Because we do not store your game data on external servers, the safety of your local data relies on Android's built-in sandbox security model.
