Privacy Policy — [ZenHR Attendance Balance]

[ZenHR Attendance Balance] helps a user calculate their own surplus/deficit working hours from the attendance data shown in their ZenHR account.

Data accessed: The extension reads the attendance and time-tracking content displayed on the user's own ZenHR pages (recorded hours and dates).

Use: This data is used solely on the user's own device to compute and display their running hour balance.

Storage: User settings and the calculated balance are stored locally in the browser via the Chrome storage API.

No transmission: The extension does not send, share, sell, or transfer any user data to the developer or any third party. No data leaves the user's device. There are no analytics, tracking, or external servers.

Retention/deletion: Locally stored data remains until the user clears it or uninstalls the extension; uninstalling removes it.
