HelioScale is designed to work fully offline. This policy explains exactly what information, if any, the app handles, so you can use HelioScale with confidence.
HelioScale does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information to use any feature.
HelioScale does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, microphone audio, camera images, or any other personal information.
HelioScale does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or any third-party tracking technology. Your activity within the app is never monitored, profiled, or shared with third parties.
All calculations and reference data are stored locally within the app. HelioScale does not transmit any data to remote servers, does not use cloud storage, and does not rely on an internet connection to function.
HelioScale stores a small number of lightweight preferences directly on your device, such as your chosen theme (light, dark, or system default), your preferred distance unit, and whether you have completed the introductory onboarding screens. These preferences never leave your device and contain no personal information.
Because HelioScale does not collect personal information and does not connect to the internet, there is no personal data for HelioScale to share with any third party.
HelioScale does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from any user.
If HelioScale's data practices ever change in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly, and the updated version will be posted here and reflected within the app before that update takes effect.
