What does your child receive from our program?

Each child will recieve a class T-shirt and special keepsakes at the end of the school at their graduation party. This includes a yearbook and science photo book of your child's science experiments and discoveries. These books are filled with stories of all of the experiences that your child has been a part of throughout the year complete with photos of your child at these special events.

These events include special school days such as holiday parties and visits from community helpers. Parents will receive a digital copy of your class video that is played at graduation.

Your child will recieve a great educaton that will get them ready for Kindergarten. We are educationally based, but we do everything with a Christian perspective. We celebrate Jesus throughout our lesson and say a prayer at snack time.

About us

Zeeland Community Preschool has been around since 1971! We have grown with this Community and are committed to providing an opportunity for preschool-aged children to love learning in a Christ-centered atmosphere. At this age children are like sponges, learning through play and their interactions with others. We feel that it is our job as teachers to provide them with all of the experiences that they can't get at home to help them grow and be successful and happy kids.

Here are some of the perks of our program.

Small class sizes.
Daily activities include center time with personalized reading, writing, and math based on their ablility level; crafts, sensory tables, circle time, music time, reading time and snack.
Easy pickup and drop off. There is an overhang at the church from the parking lot and this has been convenient for limiting contact and much easier for the parents to drop off in bad weather.
A great texting system so that you will be able to talk with the teacher to know how your child is doing in case they have issues at drop off.
A time at the beginning of the school year for parents to come into the classroom with their child without leaving so that their child has a great transition and feels comfortable on their first day of school.
One-on-one teaching centers with the teacher while students are at play and learning zones.
Balance boards for circle time spacing and exercise songs. All movement is done indoors for this short class period. There is no need to send them off with snow pants.

-Field trips to the Post Family Farm, Pizza Hut, Fire Station, and the Zeeland Library (right across the road so we walk there).

Visits by Policeman, Fireman, and Nurse.

-T-shirt, Diploma, Yearbook, Science Lab Photo book and DVD.

We assign students on a first come first serve basis. We enroll all year long. When you send in your one-time enrollment fee we place your child on our roster. You may also call or email to see if there are spots available. Enrollment paperwork will come to you by late June verifying your enrollment or you may email Jennifer to verify that we have received your enrollment form. If the class is full we will provide you with other options or return your check.
