Our apartments are located in a very quiet part of town, sheltered from the noise of the downtown area thanks to their elevated position and lush green surroundings.

You can’t see the sea directly from the window, but if you just peek into the alleyway, you can catch the scent of the sea.

The famous Leva Cape with its lighthouse and rocky beach is just a few steps away from our apartments, waiting to be discovered.

There is also a children’s playground nearby, and if you sit on the bench by the bell tower, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening.

I started my tourism business just recently, but I’ve been surrounded by tourists all my life, so I don’t mind it at all – in fact, I love it.

I worked as a receptionist for many years and I really enjoy working with people.

I always try to welcome every guest personally, usually at the parking lot, and help them with their luggage, so they can reach their destination as easily as possible and start their much-anticipated magical vacation.

Kaciol is a very charming, historic neighborhood.

Because the streets are very narrow, our apartments cannot be reached by car, which is a drawback but also an advantage.

It takes only a few minutes to get to Riva, the center of Veli Lošinj—just walk down the picturesque stone steps near the church.

Our guests often praise the location of the apartments, but there are also those who find it a bit difficult to reach us on foot, since the parking lot is about a ten-minute easy walk away.

We kindly ask our potential guests to take this into consideration before coming.
