Zavont Focus is a Chrome extension that helps users control YouTube usage and reduce distractions.
Data we process: Local usage and settings data, including daily watch time, focus and break timer values, streak count, and feature preferences. YouTube page context needed to enforce blocking and timer behavior on youtube.com.
How data is used: To enforce daily limits, focus sessions, break sessions, and distraction blocking on YouTube. To show the user’s own stats and settings in the popup.
Data sharing: We do not sell user data. We do not share personal data with third parties. We do not use data for advertising or profiling. Data storage: Data is stored locally in Chrome storage on the user’s browser. Data is not transmitted to external servers by default.
User controls: Users can change limits and settings at any time. Users can remove the extension to stop all data processing. Users can clear extension data through Chrome extension storage reset/uninstall behavior. Permissions: storage: save settings and timer progress. tabs and webNavigation: detect and control YouTube navigation for blocking behavior. alarms: run timer and daily reset checks.
