ENGLISH
This privacy policy covers Zaman Oteli - Time Hotel and its Donmuş Vagonlar (Frozen Carriages) expansion. DorukTech is an independent developer.
1. Data processed on your device (gameplay) Headset and controller position, rotation and button inputs are processed on your device for VR interaction. The game does not send these inputs to DorukTech or record movement histories. Game progress, puzzle states, collected score pages and your language preference are saved locally in the app's storage on your headset. The game writes short technical messages to the device's system log for troubleshooting; they stay on your device and are not sent to us.
2. Data the app processes through Meta's platform (in-app purchases and downloadable content) The game uses the Meta Platform SDK only to check ownership and to sell and restore the Donmuş Vagonlar expansion. Through it, the app receives from Meta:
the result of the ownership check for the game (whether your Meta account is entitled to the app);
product information for the expansion (product ID "donmus_vagonlar", its name and its price in your currency);
your purchase records for this app's add-on (product ID, purchase time and purchase identifier) and the result of a checkout (completed, cancelled or failed).
How we use it: only to unlock the expansion you bought, to show its price and the buy/restore controls, and to restore it after a reinstall. The data is kept in memory while the game runs. The app does not save it to files, does not send it to DorukTech or any third party, and does not use it for advertising or analytics. The app does not request your Meta user ID, user name, profile photo, friends list or age group. Meta handles payments, payment details and purchase history under the Meta Privacy Policy; DorukTech never receives your payment details.
3. Other data There is no advertising, no developer-operated analytics and no separate DorukTech account. The game does not request microphone recordings, camera images, contacts, precise location, eye tracking or face tracking. Meta and the operating system may process platform diagnostics and store activity under their own policies.
4. Support e-mails If you email bekirgiris@gmail.com, we use your e-mail address and the information you send only to answer your request. Do not send passwords or card details. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for support and legal obligations.
5. Deleting your data
Game progress: in the lobby, hold "New Game" to delete all chapter progress and collected score pages (the language setting stays).
All local app data: uninstall the game or clear its storage in the headset's app settings. Deleting progress does not cancel purchases; you can restore the expansion at any time.
Purchase records: Meta holds them, not DorukTech. Manage them or request their deletion through your Meta account settings (Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/).
Request to us: email bekirgiris@gmail.com with the subject "Time Hotel data deletion". We answer within 30 days, delete any correspondence and other data we hold about you, and confirm by e-mail. Because the game sends no data to us, the only data we usually hold is your e-mail.
6. Changes We update this page if our data practices change. The date above shows the current version.
TÜRKÇE
Bu gizlilik politikası Zaman Oteli - Time Hotel oyununu ve Donmuş Vagonlar genişlemesini kapsar. DorukTech bağımsız bir geliştiricidir.
2. Uygulamanın Meta platformu üzerinden işlediği veriler (uygulama içi satın alma ve indirilebilir içerik) Oyun Meta Platform SDK'sını yalnız sahiplik kontrolü ve Donmuş Vagonlar genişlemesinin satışı ile geri yüklenmesi için kullanır. Uygulama bu yolla Meta'dan şunları alır:
oyunun sahiplik kontrolünün sonucu (Meta hesabınızın uygulamaya sahip olup olmadığı);
genişlemenin ürün bilgisi ("donmus_vagonlar" ürün kimliği, adı ve sizin para biriminizdeki fiyatı);
Bize talep: bekirgiris@gmail.com adresine "Time Hotel veri silme" konusuyla yazın. 30 gün içinde yanıtlar, hakkınızda tuttuğumuz yazışmaları ve diğer verileri siler, e-postayla bildiririz. Oyun bize veri göndermediği için genellikle tuttuğumuz tek veri e-postanızdır.
6. Değişiklikler Veri işleme biçimimiz değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir. Üstteki tarih geçerli sürümü gösterir.
