Connecting unity editor to the photon server. It took a bit of time to first get the connection between the editor and the photon server, possibly because I'm having to use my phone's hotspot to get a stable connection as the collage WIFI is blocking the connection between the server and unity.
This a good step but the next step will be to get a playable character working and that will be up to Mitchell to work on, as his responsible for the player character and movement.
While working on this I should have asked Mitchell ahead of time to pass me his current version of his movement code.Â
This is not trouble though as he was quick to pass along the prefab for the player anyway and it was a simple click and drag into the project saving lots of time from messing around with basic movement. Everything is off to a good start.
