About Programming Corner
Programming is not an easy task, and it takes effort and dedication to be good at it. To help students who need help on solving programming-related problems, two assistants will help students by teaching them about programming or guide them through the process.
Students are not required to pay for their service as the department will cover their expenses. However, the assistants do not prepare lessons for the Programming Corner, so students must prepare the questions which need to be answered. Additionally, the Programming Corner's time is decided based on the assistants' availability, and one session is around 2 hours. Students do not need to register to join the programming corner, and may leave once their questions have been answered. They can decide when or how often they will join the Programming Corner as the assistants will always be there, except during mid-term, final exam week and holidays.
Since meals or snacks will not be provided in the Programming Corner, students must decide if they should eat before or after the activity before attending. Students are also encouraged to email the assistants questions they have in mind so they can get the answer right away.
