Title: Hida theory on the modular curve

Abstract: In the 80's, Hida introduced an ordinary projector on modular forms and proved that ordinary p-adic modular forms of weights k>2 are classical. In the talk we will give a construction of Hida theory for degree 0 and 1 cohomology groups following Boxer and Pilloni.
