Title: An introduction to the Fargues-Fontaine curve 

Abstract: This talk will be a brief introduction to the (schematic) Fargues--Fontaine curve in p-adic Hodge theory. We will see how this fundamental curve provides a geometric perspective to the classical p-adic Hodge theory.
