WHAT IS IT?
ποΈββοΈ Get ready for an incredible golfing journey with the YXE Golf Academy's "Ocean Tour." It's a 10-round, 2 person team scramble event that runs from November 1 to December 31, 2023. You and your teammate have those two months to conquer 10 fantastic ocean-themed courses. πβ³
π This is not just a skilled based league -- we hope to appeal to all levels of players.Β As you're teeing off, keep your eyes peeled for exciting prize announcements throughout the course of the tour. We like to keep things interesting! π
π To make sure you're all in and committed, we require teams to pay a $600 fee, which comes out to $300 per player. This fee covers all 10 rounds, making it just $30 per hour of golf any day, any time during business hours. No restrictions, and the rates stay the same, whether you're swinging on a weekday morning or a weekend afternoon. π°β³
π And the fun doesn't stop on the fairway β we'll be updating your stats regularly on our website so you can track your progress and see how you stack up against the competition.
So, are you ready to dive into the "Ocean Tour"? Grab your partner and let's make some golfing waves! ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈππ
weekly process
Booking Tee Times: As a golfer, you're responsible for booking your own simulator times. You can play more than one event in a day if you're feeling ambitious. Book your times through our website at www.yxegolflounge.com or simply pop in at the simulators in person.Β We recommend 90-120 minutes to complete 18 holes, depending on your teams pace of play.
Check-In: When you arrive at YXE Golf Academy, it's important to let our staff know whether you're participating in a league night. This helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures you're all set for your round.Β No need to pay for your golf -- it's already covered in your registration.
Simulator Settings: Before teeing off, you'll need staff approval of the simulator settings. We want to maintain consistency for every team, so our staff will make sure everything is set up just right for your round.
After the Round: After you've completed your round(s), it's important to let our staff know what you shot. We're here to record your scores and keep track of your progress & league attendance.
Rinse & Repeat: This process repeats throughout the duration of the tour until you've completed your ten rounds. And here's the exciting part β there are different prizes and draws throughout the league, but those details will be announced in due time. Stay tuned for some awesome surprises!
