Set within the hillside of Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, this contemporary terrace housing development explores a refined approach to modern terrace living—where architecture responds sensitively to terrain, climate, and the evolving lifestyles of urban residents. Embracing the site’s natural slope, layered terrace configuration enhances privacy while framing views and promoting natural daylight and cross-ventilation. Overhanging roofs, vertical screens, and double-layered façades provide effective shading and thermal comfort, while green spaces are woven through internal areas and along the main street, softening the built form and strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
