Reyne McCurdy

 Reyne is an incoming sophomore at Lincoln East High School, where she is active in the theatre department as well as the slam poetry team. Other than poetry, her passion for writing is in fanfiction, with Jujutsu Kaisen and Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun being her favorite fandoms. Fun fact: she once wrote fanfiction for an English final and got a pretty good grade. Reyne's main inspiration comes from Jody and Peaches, her two dogs, as well as Arby, her cat. She has decided to live by, “Those who break the rules are scum, but those who would abandon even one of their friends are worse than scum,” - Obito Uchiha. But perhaps the most impressive thing of all, she is able to write an essay and get an A without the help of ChatGPT.
