Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate endeavors to stay ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving world by assessing the notion of "what is natural for the future" and proactively implementing innovative ideas. In this project, the focus is on envisioning future lifestyles and apartments through the lens of the intersecting themes of "technology," "Generation Z," and "sustainability."

Over the span of two months, a comprehensive research project was executed to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying problems The project involved conducting both user and expert interviews to gather qualitative insights. Furthermore, quantitative research was conducted to validate the hypotheses.The team then collaborated to generate a concept for a future apartment, drawing upon the insights garnered from the research.
