Dr. Yusheng Fu

About me

My scientific interests recently focus on organizational behavior,  workplace relationship and related psychological factors. With four years of experience, I am proficient in managing large-scale and longitudinal data. I have deep expertise in advanced psychometrics, such as structural equation modelling (SEM), and machine learning (ML) techniques, including text analysis. I'm adept with related software tools like Mplus and Python. I acquired these skills independently during my PhD studies. Additionally, I currently serve as a reviewer for the Journal of Organizational Change Management.
