Yury Chernega

Yury Chernega is a real estate entrepreneur focused on long-term, disciplined business growth and passive income planning. Rather than chasing short-lived, speculative gains, he builds systems designed to perform steadily over time. He maintains hands-on involvement in both traditional property investment and the short-term rental market through platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo. 

Outside of his own ventures, he has been a consistent partner with GNC Properties since 2019. Since 2013, he has been mentoring startup 5 Star Property Management, taking them from zero to 50 properties and growing. 

Yury’s disciplined, entrepreneurial spirit has been with him from a young age. As a Ukrainian-American, he grew up in a multicultural immigrant community that instilled in him the values of hard work and responsibility. Out of his sense of duty, he finds a long-term approach to decision-making.

Outside of work, he leads an active lifestyle, spending time with family and in his community, and personal development. He has recently started a motivational speaking blog aimed at entrepreneurs.
