Hello, my name is Yuri Barreto. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the Federal University of Pernambuco, and I am a research fellow at the Group of Evaluation of Public and Economic Policies (GAPPE) and consultant at the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation Department .
