Yuraq Made Simple

Purpose

Our goal is to share our knowledge of Yuraq and our Yup'ik culture with others so we can preserve the tradition and make it stronger.

What We've Done

We have worked together as a team and consulted our elders to create translations of songs, descriptions of dance moves, explanations of our regalia and full length videos of full songs for everyone to learn from and enjoy.
