I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Queen’s University, under the supervision of Professor Serdar Yuksel. I hold an MSc in Mathematics (2021) and a BSc in Computer Engineering (2019), both from Boğaziçi University.

My research focuses on nonlinear filtering and control in complex systems, with a particular interest in the robustness and stability of stochastic control processes.

Research Interests

Stochastic Control: Robustness and stability of stochastic control in complex systems.

Machine Learning: Reinforcement learning theory, with a focus on large-scale systems and challenges associated with partial information.

Probability Theory and Applications: Ergodicity and stability of non-linear filtering processes.

Graph Theory: Extremal graph theory and cover times in Markov chains.
