If you want a robust, over-ear headset designed for group learning and long library sessions, choose Yunsailing 30; if you need lightweight, colorful earbuds for a massive classroom or gym environment, choose Xuhal 200. This isn't about which one sounds "better" in a vacuum, but rather which design philosophy actually fits your specific room setup and the way people use them for movies. When I look at these two bulk sets, the decision comes down to comfort versus sheer volume. One is built like a sturdy piece of furniture for a computer lab, while the other is designed to be handed out like candy to hundreds of users.
• Yunsailing 30: Built with durable ABS shells and soft sponge cushions for extended wear, but limited to only 30 units per pack. Best for small groups, libraries, and focused listening where comfort matters more than quantity.
• Xuhal 200: Offers a massive 200-piece count with anti-winding cables and five vibrant colors, but uses simple plastic tips that may not seal as well for heavy movie watching. Best for large-scale distribution in schools or events where budget and volume are the priority.
• Who buys what: Teachers managing a single class of 30 students should grab the Yunsailing set, while school districts equipping an entire wing of 200 kids should reach for the Xuhal bulk pack.
The Yunsailing 30 Pack Over Ear Headphones are clearly engineered for a different kind of user than the typical disposable earbud. The design prioritizes stability and isolation through an on-ear, over-ear hybrid approach. With a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz and dynamic drivers, this set promises a full audio experience that feels substantial. But the real selling point here is the physical build. The enclosure combines ABS plastic with PVC cabling and sponge ear pads. That sponge is critical. For anyone planning to use a headset for movies during a marathon viewing session or a long online lesson, those soft cushions prevent the fatigue that comes from cheap, hard plastic pressing against your ears.
The cable length is another deciding factor. At 1.2 meters (roughly 3.94 feet), this cord gives enough slack for a student or adult to move slightly away from a desk without pulling the device off their head. This flexibility makes it ideal for on ear headphones for movies in a setting where people might need to stand up, stretch, or walk between stations. The packaging itself reflects its purpose; each unit is individually wrapped in a sealed OPP bag. This suggests a workflow where hygiene and organization are paramount. You aren't just handing out a tangled mess; you are distributing clean, ready-to-use units.

However, the limitation is obvious in the name: there are only 30 units. If you are trying to outfit a lecture hall with 150 seats, this pack won't cut it. Furthermore, while it features active noise cancellation controls and media control buttons, the primary focus remains on durability for repeated handling by older children and adults. The adjustable headband ensures a secure fit, which is vital when the headphones are being passed from person to person throughout a day. If your goal is quality audio immersion for a smaller, dedicated group, this is the tool for the job.
In stark contrast, the Xuhal 200 Wired Earphones take a completely different approach to bulk audio. Here, the goal is maximum coverage with minimum friction. The package includes 200 pairs, a number that immediately signals this product is meant for high-volume environments like large classrooms, community centers, or gymnasiums. The design shifts from the cushioned, adjustable headband of the Yunsailing to a simple in-ear bud with rounded tips. These earbuds come in five distinct colors—gray, black, pink, sky blue, and yellow—which adds a fun, engaging element for younger users or diverse groups.
The construction relies on plastic and ABS materials, keeping the weight incredibly low. At four pounds total for the entire box, the individual units are featherlight. This is crucial for the intended use case. For a with microphone kids headset for movies scenario, the lightness means a child can wear them for a period without the drag of heavy equipment causing neck strain. The cable is approximately one meter long, featuring anti-winding functionality. This is a practical feature for bulk items; tangled cords are a nightmare in a shared environment, so the design explicitly tries to prevent knots before they even happen.
While the frequency response matches the Yunsailing at 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, the delivery method is different. As an in-ear solution, the Xuhal 200 relies on sound isolation provided by the fit of the tip rather than the clamping force of an over-ear cup. This makes them excellent for headset for movies in noisy settings where you need to block out ambient chatter simply by plugging into the ear canal. They are compatible with standard 3.5mm jacks on laptops and smartphones, making them universally usable. However, because they lack the deep padding and adjustable headband of the Yunsailing, they might not be as comfortable for someone wearing them for three hours straight compared to the over-ear alternative. They are built for utility and distribution, not luxury comfort.
• Best for comfort and long sessions → Yunsailing 30: The sponge cushions and adjustable headband make this the superior choice for anyone sitting still for a long time, such as during a multi-hour movie screening or a lengthy exam.
• Best for large crowds and color variety → Xuhal 200: With 200 units and five color options, this is the only logical choice if you need to equip a whole school or event quickly.
• Best for durability against rough handling → Yunsailing 30: The 1.2-meter flexible cable and sturdy ABS shell are built to withstand the daily rotation of multiple users in a lab setting.
• Best for portability and minimal bulk → Xuhal 200: The lightweight in-ear design is less obtrusive and easier to store in small spaces than the larger over-ear cups.
• Best for sound isolation in noisy rooms → Xuhal 200: The in-ear fit naturally blocks more external noise than the open-back nature of many over-ear designs, provided the tips seal correctly.
• Best for organized distribution → Yunsailing 30: Individual wrapping ensures every unit arrives clean and ready, perfect for teachers who hand them out one by one.
• Best for active movement → Yunsailing 30: The longer cable allows for more freedom of movement around a desk or station without disconnecting.
• Best for cost-per-unit efficiency → Xuhal 200: While I cannot quote a price, buying 200 units generally offers a lower cost per headphone than buying a smaller premium set.
When I think about the best option for a headset for movies, especially in a home theater or a dedicated quiet room, the Yunsailing 30 wins the battle for pure immersion. The over-ear design with soft sponge pads creates a much more cinematic experience than the basic in-ear buds of the Xuhal 200. The extra cable length also prevents the frustration of tripping over wires during a long film. However, if your situation involves needing to equip a large group where the sheer number of users is the primary challenge, the Xuhal 200 is the only practical choice. In my opinion, unless you absolutely need 200 units, the Yunsailing 30 offers a significantly better listening experience for the money, making it the smarter pick for serious movie watching.
Yes, both models support the full frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz necessary for clear dialogue and sound effects. The Yunsailing 30 offers better isolation due to its over-ear design, while the Xuhal 200 provides effective sound isolation through in-ear tips.
The Yunsailing 30 also features media controls, though its primary focus is on group listening and testing rather than communication.
The Yunsailing 30 is built with a flexible 1.2m PVC cable and reinforced ABS shell specifically for frequent rotation and heavy use. The Xuhal 200 uses anti-winding technology to prevent tangling, but the plastic construction is lighter and designed for mass distribution rather than rugged longevity.
Both products feature a standard 3.5 mm audio jack, ensuring compatibility with most devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones without needing adapters.
