1. 위치가 지도에 표시되지 않습니다

My location is not displayed on the map

기기의 설정에서 NANALAND의 위치 접근 권한이 허용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. 정확한 위치 또는 백그라운드 위치 기능은 기기 설정과 사용자가 선택한 공유 설정에 따라 작동할 수 있습니다.

Please check that location access is allowed for NANALAND in your device settings. Precise or background location features may depend on your device permissions and your selected sharing settings.

2. 친구에게 내 위치가 보이지 않습니다

My friend cannot see my location

앱에서 위치 공유가 활성화되어 있고 상대방과 필요한 공유 권한이 설정되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. 위치 공유는 언제든지 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

Make sure location sharing is enabled and the required sharing permissions are set for the friend. You can turn location sharing off at any time in the app.

3. 알림이 오지 않습니다

I am not receiving notifications

기기의 알림 설정에서 NANALAND 알림이 허용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. 집중 모드, 절전 모드 또는 시스템 설정에 따라 알림이 지연될 수 있습니다.

Please make sure notifications are enabled for NANALAND in your device settings. Notifications may be delayed by Focus mode, battery-saving settings, or other system settings.

4. 부적절한 사용자나 콘텐츠를 신고하고 싶습니다

I want to report inappropriate content or a user

해당 콘텐츠 또는 사용자의 메뉴에서 신고를 선택해 주세요. 특정 사용자의 콘텐츠와 연락을 원하지 않는 경우 차단 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 접수된 신고는 운영 정책에 따라 검토됩니다.

Select Report from the menu of the relevant content or user. You can also use Block if you no longer want to interact with that user or view their content. Submitted reports are reviewed according to our safety policies.

5. 계정을 삭제하고 싶습니다

I want to delete my account

NANALAND 앱에 로그인한 뒤 프로필 화면에서 **회원 탈퇴(Delete account)**를 선택하세요. 본인 확인 후 계정과 관련 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제되며, 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

After signing in to NANALAND, open your profile and select Delete account. After identity verification, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

앱을 사용할 수 없어 직접 삭제하기 어려운 경우 고객지원 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 계정 확인을 위해 추가 정보가 필요할 수 있습니다.

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion through the support email above. Additional information may be required to verify account ownership.

6. NANALAND Plus 구매를 복원하고 싶습니다

I want to restore my NANALAND Plus purchase

앱의 NANALAND Plus 화면에서 **구매 복원(Restore Purchases)**을 선택해 주세요. 기존 구매에 사용한 동일한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.

Open the NANALAND Plus page and select Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple account used for the original purchase.

구독 변경, 해지 또는 환불은 Apple 계정의 구독 관리 및 구매 지원을 통해 처리할 수 있습니다.

Subscription changes, cancellations, and refund requests can be managed through your Apple account and Apple purchase support.
