처리하는 정보와 이용 목적
NANALAND는 이용자가 사용하는 기능에 따라 다음 정보를 처리합니다.
• 계정·프로필 정보: 로그인 및 계정 식별 정보, 이메일, 이용자가 등록한 이름과 프로필 사진을 회원 인증, 계정 관리 및 프로필 표시에 사용합니다.
• 이용자가 작성하거나 업로드한 콘텐츠: 핀, 컬렉션, 사진·영상, 채팅, 댓글, 약속 등의 정보를 콘텐츠 저장, 표시 및 공유 기능에 사용합니다.
• 위치 정보: 위치 권한을 허용하거나 이용자가 장소를 선택하여 제공한 위치를 지도 표시, 장소 기록, 위치 공유 및 약속 관련 기능에 사용합니다.
• 관계·상호작용 정보: 친구 관계, 요청, 공유 대상, 차단 및 신고 정보를 친구·공유 기능 제공과 서비스 안전 관리에 사용합니다.
• 알림 정보: 기기 알림 토큰과 관련 설정을 서비스 알림 전송에 사용합니다.
• 구독 정보: 상품 식별자, 거래 식별 정보 및 구독 상태를 구매 확인, 구매 복원 및 NANALAND Plus 이용 권한 관리에 사용합니다.
위치와 콘텐츠 공유
위치 정보는 위치 기능을 제공하기 위해 처리합니다. 이용자는 앱에서 제공하는 공유 설정과 기기의 위치 권한 설정을 통해 위치 제공 및 공유를 관리할 수 있습니다.
콘텐츠와 위치는 이용자가 선택한 공개 범위 및 사용하는 기능에 따라 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 공개하거나 공유하기 전에 대상과 범위를 확인해 주세요.
다른 이용자가 별도로 저장한 사본은 NANALAND 내에서 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 회원 탈퇴를 하더라도 회수되지 않을 수 있습니다.
외부 지도에서 보기나 길찾기를 선택하면 선택한 지도 서비스로 목적지 좌표가 전달됩니다. Apple 지도에서 장소를 보는 경우 장소 이름도 전달될 수 있습니다. 이후의 정보 처리는 해당 지도 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
외부 서비스와 저장 위치
NANALAND는 Firebase를 계정 인증, 데이터·파일 저장, 서버 기능 및 알림 제공에 사용하고, Google Maps를 지도 기능에 사용합니다.
NANALAND의 주요 서비스 데이터베이스와 업로드 파일 저장소는 Google Cloud의 대한민국 서울 리전(asia-northeast3)에 구성되어 있습니다. 다만 이 위치가 인증·알림·지도·광고 등 외부 서비스의 모든 정보 처리 위치를 의미하지는 않습니다.
광고 제공에는 Google AdMob SDK를 사용합니다. 광고 SDK가 처리하는 정보는 SDK 구성, 기기 권한 및 적용되는 동의 설정 등에 따라 달라집니다.
광고 동의가 필요한 경우 관련 안내를 표시하며, 이용자는 앱에 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’ 메뉴가 표시되는 경우 해당 메뉴에서 광고 관련 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
구독 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 처리하며, NANALAND는 구독 검증과 이용 권한 관리를 위한 거래 정보를 처리합니다.

보관 및 삭제
계정과 서비스 데이터는 해당 기능을 제공하는 동안 보관합니다. 이용자는 앱에서 제공하는 삭제 기능을 이용하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 본인 확인 후 계정, 프로필, 친구 관계, 위치 정보, 관련 핀·컬렉션, 본인이 작성한 채팅과 관련 미디어, 구독 연결 정보 등을 삭제하도록 처리합니다.
단체 채팅에서 다른 이용자가 작성한 메시지와 콘텐츠는 다른 이용자의 데이터로 남을 수 있습니다.
파일 저장소에는 현재 7일의 소프트 삭제 정책이 적용되어 있습니다. 삭제된 파일은 해당 기간 동안 일반적인 파일 조회·다운로드 대상에서 제외되지만, 복구 가능한 상태로 보관된 후 저장소 정책에 따라 영구 삭제됩니다.
이 7일은 파일 저장소의 복구 보관 기간이며, 모든 개인정보에 일괄 적용되는 보관 기간은 아닙니다.
이용자의 선택과 권리
이용자는 앱에서 제공하는 기능을 통해 프로필을 수정하고, 콘텐츠·공유 설정을 관리하며, 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 위치·사진·카메라·알림 등의 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 권한을 해제하면 해당 권한이 필요한 기능의 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 또는 처리 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리 과정에서 계정 소유자 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴와 구독
앱의 ‘회원 탈퇴’ 기능에서 안내에 따라 본인 확인 후 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다. 자동 갱신을 원하지 않는 경우 해당 스토어의 구독 관리에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.

Information and purposes
Depending on the features you use, NANALAND processes the following information:
• Account and profile information: sign-in and account identifiers, email address, and the name and profile photo you provide, for authentication, account management, and profile display.
• Content you create or upload: pins, collections, photos, videos, chats, comments, and appointments, for storage, display, and sharing.
• Location information: locations obtained with your permission or selected by you, for maps, place records, location sharing, and appointment features.
• Connections and interactions: friendships, requests, sharing recipients, blocks, and reports, for social features and service safety.
• Notification information: device notification tokens and related settings, for service notifications.
• Subscription information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and subscription status, for purchase verification, restoration, and NANALAND Plus access.
Location and content sharing
Location information is processed to provide location features. You can manage location access and sharing through the available app controls and your device permissions.
Your content and location may be visible to other users depending on the feature and audience you select. Check the sharing audience before posting.
Copies independently saved by other users may remain after you delete content within NANALAND or delete your account.
When you choose an external map or directions option, destination coordinates are sent to your selected map service. A place name may also be sent when viewing a place in Apple Maps. Further processing is governed by that service’s policies.
External services and storage location
NANALAND uses Firebase for authentication, database and file storage, server functions, and notifications, and Google Maps for map features.
NANALAND’s primary service database and uploaded-file storage are configured in Google Cloud’s Seoul, South Korea region (asia-northeast3). This does not mean that all processing by authentication, notification, map, or advertising services takes place in that region.
NANALAND uses the Google AdMob SDK for advertising. The information processed by the advertising SDK depends on its configuration, device permissions, and applicable consent settings.
Where advertising consent is required, relevant notices are presented. When the app displays “Ad privacy settings,” users can use that option to change their advertising privacy choices.
Apple App Store or Google Play processes subscription payments. NANALAND processes transaction information to verify subscriptions and manage access.

Retention and deletion
Account and service data are retained while providing the relevant features. You can use available deletion controls or request account deletion.
After identity verification, account deletion processes the removal of your account, profile, friend connections, location data, associated pins and collections, messages you authored and related media, and subscription associations.
Messages and content created by other users may remain in group chats.
File storage currently has a seven-day soft-delete policy. Deleted files are excluded from normal file access and downloads but remain recoverable during that period before permanent deletion under the storage policy.
This seven-day recovery period applies to file storage and is not a uniform retention period for all personal information.
Your choices and rights
Available app controls let you edit your profile, manage content and sharing, and request account deletion.
You can change location, photo, camera, and notification permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit features that require it.
Contact the email below to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about its processing. We may need to verify account ownership.
Account deletion and subscriptions
Use the app’s “Delete account” feature and follow the identity verification instructions.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel automatic renewal separately through your store’s subscription settings.
